MIKAIL OZDEMIR

It’s Mikail Özdemir — on stage, Mikail Ozdemir. I was born in Antalya in 1996. Since 2018, DJing and production have been both my work and my journey. My sound lives across Afro House / Afro Tech / Melodic House / Indie Dance; but what truly defines me is fusing the inspiration I draw from Anatolia’s fields of barley, Africa’s percussion, and Brazil’s Afro grooves with modern club arrangements. My guiding motto is “Old Fashion, New Generation.” I bring the old and the new together, blending the organic with synthesis. When crafting a set, I build energy layer by layer, pairing the warmth of percussion with a melodic narrative. In the studio, it’s the same approach: a strong groove, a clear story, and a feeling that lands on the dancefloor.
My goal is to translate a sound that carries my roots for today’s ears to create a flow that connects with both body and mind. When we meet on stage, we’ll feel together how tribal textures meet a modern architecture.
